CPD Courses – Understanding Imposter Syndrome
About this course
Do you sometimes feel like a ‘fraud’ in your counselling practice, in the profession or in life generally?
Are you haunted by a subtle pervasive sense that you’re ‘never enough’?
Are you exhausted by patterns of perfectionism, pleasing, proving or performing?
If yes is your answer to any of these, you may be struggling with Imposter Syndrome.
In this online workshop, we will define Imposter Syndrome and explore some of the reasons it is so prevalent for so many people both professionally and personally.
We will examine the ways it can subtly but powerfully undermine our confidence, holding us back in the workplace and beyond.
